  1. the heads are foamed, so all i do is cut a circle in the dread lug, maybe 75% of the size of a dread, then superglue gel the foam dread to the foam core, with some around the edge on the silicone also.
  2. It was actually abit of a failure, i never really liked it so i think i only got rid of the test cast as it wasnt up to what i felt was good enough. live and learn.
  3. I will be making a new one in silicone yes. 😀
  4. This wraps up the current progress ( i think) i moved away from latex on my neck rings a few years back so this Wolf style neck ring is 40shore urethane rubber. i am not sure i will use it on this build if i am honest, i need to think up a brand new design maybe. Then the thigh armor ( to be printed ) This again has the similar flow to the bio and gauntlets, it is yet to be printed as i want it done in resin.
  5. haha thanks, i have no interest in manual mouth mechanics, but depending on work load i may look into some basic servos down the road.
  6. its part of the silicone mask in this case 🙂
  7. Mean Gene the clay slinging bio making machine. looking gorgeous already
  8. I’ve actually started it. But it’s. On the shelf till we sort out some home stuff
  9. You guys are trying to weird me out and succeeding!! thanks for the love and support 🙂 I think the only ones I like are. The. Open mouth p2, which I still have until I sculpt a new p2 for silicone and wolf.
  10. Figured id put all my old latex mask sculpts in one place ( all pre silicone so all before 2009 ) Its pretty embarrassing to see these, but maybe itll show you can get better, which i try to all the time. no real description because they for the most part suck. starting 2004 open mouth P1
  11. Gauntlets, i wanted to keep them streamlined and not bulky, i took a top blade gauntlet file i found online and built on it as it had a single blade i was looking for, then i built the base from scratch and will use it on both blade and bomb, the bomb top i am yet to mold. the tops of these are resin and the bottoms urethane rubber. molds are powdered with metallic powder prior to casting which not only heads with any paint adhesion but give a good base should they get damaged. then the whole of one side on the top is glued to the bottom, and halfway on the other side, this give me room to get my hand/arm in and a simple square of velcro is used to keep that end shut. i am going to keep a similar theme in all armor parts which on the gauntlets is the under forearm forms, they are the same as the bio ridges and that will be added to other armor parts as i make them.
  12. im sure there were ones prior lol. but it was fun. 🙂
  13. That wasn’t my silicone suit buddy. And I decided to not post any work prior to the silicone in 2010. Although I may post some head sculpts.
  14. i nearly started on more designs yesterday , then i realized i had work to do. haha
  15. Dread rings, the base ( most used ) dread rings will be the dragon skin style ones. the others are accent rings, the mythosaur and ennis tile will more than likely not be used but the skulls i am partial to, and i will have a dual tie back one also.
