    Thought I’d post the custom armor I am making here along with in my suit build thread. bio needs the seam line fixing and then some refining but the bio and the thigh armor are almost ready for molding.

    Sorry Gene didn’t get a notification, I just finished prepping the blade to be molded. I have a couple of people wanting sets so I’ll be molding asap and I will get you a photo then.

    Gauntlets finished and i settled on a single blade, i just need to finish the blade properly and mold it. but the molds for the gauntlets came out great.

    It was probably released by disney to gauge fans reaction, they will possibly clean up a few bits that didnt go down well. and release it officially shortly. trailers dont get leaked accidently or stolen footage like that anymore.

    Just because the parts maybe p2/boar doesnt mean the paint has to be. but im right there with ya, in that ive no idea how im going to paint my suit either. im sure whichever way you go itll look awesome as always Gene.

    Yeah i think Joe still has it, he got the kit i think from a guy in mexico. he sent me a head he had a month or so after i sent the statue back, so i repainted that to match as best i could. how it arrived.

    This was a build i did for a client/friend i think in 2018. he got it in terrible shape with MASSIVE seamlines, parts from several vendors and lots just being damaged. i think i managed to save it well enough. and couldnt resist putting my silicone P1 head on at the end.

    It’s meant to be a base shape to 3D sculpt over. all my custom dread rings started with this basic shape. It’s not really intended to be a ring on its own. But hey if you like it so be it 🙂

    making it up as i go dude, very hopeful of getting the head molded in the next week or so, which will feel like some decent progress.

    Gene, MANN EASE RELEASE 205 will release foam dreads from stone and epoxy ( i have opld stone dread molds here also ), i give it a couple of layers to being, then every other pull i will paint in another layer of release, wait 5 mins or so then cast.

    Forgot to post this also. dreads. I did not want super smooth dreads, so I am making my own textured/pre curved dreads. This was the test mold which I actually used on my new wolf mask. i will be duplicating this mold then making 2 more of reduced sizes because casting dreads sucks so multiple molds will make it less painful.

    I remember all the naysayers in 2009, silicone mask can't be done, too hot, too heavy, can't be painted, and that only got worse after i made the suit for some reason. i just wish id poked more people into going silicone.

    Head is virtually done I am resisting changing anything major, so I just have to chase down details in the next day or so the find time to mold.
