As far as I know, the biggest Lair gathering of all time was Dragon Con 2004. I know we had at least 20 suited up at the same time. Every other year, you'd see random small groups or just individuals suited up here and there. Even the years we did other Lair meetups, EVERY Pred at the con wasn't even there.
