  1. This wraps up the current progress ( i think)  i moved away from latex on my neck rings a few years back so this Wolf style neck ring is 40shore urethane rubber. i am not sure i will use it on this build if i am honest, i need to think up a brand new design maybe.

Then the thigh armor ( to be printed ) This again has the similar flow to the bio and gauntlets, it is yet to be printed as i want it done in resin.

I wanna see a mask like this move and come to life!

That mask is so nice I would end up keeping it for myself. 😁

haha thanks, i have no interest in manual mouth mechanics, but depending on work load i may look into some basic servos down the road.

  3. Figured id put all my old latex mask sculpts in one place ( all pre silicone so all before 2009 )

Its pretty embarrassing to see these, but maybe itll show you can get better, which i try to all the time.  no real description because they for the most part suck.

  4. Gauntlets, i wanted to keep them streamlined and not bulky, i took a top blade gauntlet file i found online and built on it as it had a single blade i was looking for, then i built the base from scratch and will use it on both blade and bomb, the bomb top i am yet to mold.
the tops of these are resin and the bottoms urethane rubber. molds are powdered with metallic powder prior to casting which not only heads with any paint adhesion but give a good base should they get damaged.
then the whole of one side on the top is glued to the bottom, and halfway on the other side, this give me room to get my hand/arm in and a simple square of velcro is used to keep that end shut.

i am going to keep a similar theme in all armor parts which on the gauntlets is the under forearm forms, they are the same as the bio ridges and that will be added to other armor parts as i make them.

You know, I thought MAYBE he would've forgotten... I almost made a comment about it in my introduction post LOL. So stoked to see those photos! glad to see the band back together. In your experience, is silicone easier overall to wear than latex?

Silicone is 100% easier cooler and comfier to wear dude.
