That's also the style of helmet I have. The old DB one with lots of sharp details and the full under chin holes.

The grip on the bow string is different than I'm used to seeing. But it's probably accurate to how they did it back then.

A lot of Preds end up with the visible Frankenstein feet. Some just end up worse than others. Hence later artists trying to sculpt feet with space inside to hide the plaforming we all need. None of us are 7 feet tall barefoot like KPH or Ian Whyte. lol

I've seen burlap used inside stone molds like that to reinforce.

Right. As far as I know, the biggest Lair gathering of all time was Dragon Con 2004. I know we had at least 20 suited up at the same time. Every other year, you'd see random small groups or just individuals suited up here and there. Even the years we did other Lair meetups, EVERY Pred at the con wasn't even there. At a con that big, people have other stuff they're doing and miss the meetups.

Amanda here. My preddy name is K'Shai (kuh-sigh).  First time I ever costumed up was way back in 1992. Yes. 1992.  

First time attending DragonCon was 2002. Joined the original Hunter's Lair around then and was on the Predatorium for a bit.

My costume has evolved over the many many years from the paper mache bio and bamboo spear when I was a 13 year old girl as a Pred to something a bit better looking now.

Really loved doing the group gatherings at DragonCon with the HL and I hope to get back another DC as soon as I can.

Wow. Never stared at it enough to notice the Ram cheek similarities. Very cool. Yeah I could see this incorporated into a helmet design like was mentioned.
