Elder Scar Bio
Designed and fabricated by the Academy Award®-winning special effects group Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. (ADI), this unused fiberglass bio-mask stylized for an elder uses a Scar (Ian Whyte) bio-mask as the base. The mask is painted metallic gold and silver with a large symbol on the forehead signifying a successful xenomorph kill; additional symbols drawn in brown ink along the edges of the forehead; a non-functional prop tri-laser on the temple; a reflective silver-color visor; and dangling brown leather cords featuring metallic beads of various sizes and shape. The bio-mask is in good overall condition with some wear from use handling and age, including scuffs in the paint. Dimensions: 46 cm x 21 cm x 16 cm (18 1/4" x 8 1/2" x 6 1/2")

Arnost Bio
While the decorations on this helmet identify it as an Elder Predator’s, it ultimately was not used on-screen. This fiberglass helmet was designed, fabricated, airbrushed goldtone, and applied with a brown and green patina by Academy Award®-winning special effects group Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. (ADI) to appear weathered from age and battle. It features a nonfunctional, sculpted tri-laser on the right side, beaded leather hunting straps affixed across the brow and jaw, and a silvertone paint marking on the forehead meant to appear burnt by xenomorph blood. The textured black interior is marked “ARNOST”, and affixed with a hanging wire and a one-way mirror visor secured with putty and gaffer’s tape. This helmet is in excellent overall condition with minimal wear from production and age, including minor scuffing and some dried glue residue. Dimensions: 25” x 14” x 10” (63.5 cm x 36 cm x 25.5 cm)

Mirek Bio
While the decorations on this helmet identify it as an Elder Predator’s, it ultimately was not used on-screen. This horned fiberglass helmet was designed, fabricated, and painted gold tone with brown symbols by Academy Award®-winning special effects group Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc. (ADI) to appear weathered from age and battle. It features stylized resin horns on top, a tri-laser slot on the right side, beaded leather hunting straps affixed across the brow and jaw, and a silvertone paint marking on the forehead meant to appear burnt by xenomorph blood. The textured black interior is marked “MIREK”, and affixed with a hanging wire and a one-way mirror visor secured with putty and gaffer’s tape. This helmet is in good overall condition with some wear from production and age, including a bit of scuffing and a few large areas of paint chipping on the horns. Dimensions: 25” x 14” x 14” (63.5 cm x 36 cm x 36 cm)

City Hunter Bio
This mask, originally developed by Stan Winston Studios, was cast and finished by Creature Effects Inc. during the production, but ultimately unused for the film. It is cast in fiberglass, painted gold-color, then heavily distressed and darkly patinated. The eyes are covered in double layers of plastic mesh. While often mistakenly attributed as a "stunt" helmet, this helmet was cast from Winston's hero helmet mold. It exhibits surface cracks and spidering from age, and has small holes around its perimeter where industrial staples previously held a rubber mask (unrelated to the Predator franchise) to the helmet. Dimensions: 24" x 14" x 10" (61 cm x 36 cm x 25 cm)

Beserker Bio (prototype
Prototype Berserker (Mr. Black) Helmet
This helmet is made of urethane rubber, with a layer of fiberglass cloth lining the interior. It is painted a dark, reddish gray. The helmet features Berserker’s signature Predator jaw sculpted out of the urethane and painted to mimic dirty bone with sharp teeth on the front and sides of the jaw. This jaw differs slightly from the one ultimately used in the film on the final masks. Designed to appear battle damaged, this piece features some dirt and scratches applied to the prototype as a means to visualize how the helmet would look on film, although it was not ultimately used.

Beserker Bio
Hero Mr. Black Beserker Bio
This helmet is made of rubber urethane, with a layer of fiberglass cloth lining the interior. The helmet features Berserker’s signature Predator jaw sculpted out of the urethane and painted to mimic dirty bone with eight sharp teeth at the front, and two teeth on either side. The lenses are made of tinted plastic attached by glue. There is a large piece of Velcro inside the helmet that would have been used to attach the helmet to the Predator’s cowl. On either side of the Velcro is a piece of foam padding used to secure the helmet to the head. The laser sight is made of a small rubber piece with three holes. Behind the holes are lights taped to the inside of the helmet, and a cord which would have supplied power to the light. The power source is no longer present, and the lights have not been tested.
The helmet was purposefully damaged for the production and features some wear due to age and storage.

Celtic Bio
Celtic Predator bio-mask features various faux mechanical details which match up with icons on the Predator’s wrist gauntlets, including a ridged breathing apparatus and targeting lasers. The mask is made of fiberglass and is painted to look like hammered metal plate. The piece displays some minor scratches to the paint finish and wear to the pads on the reverse but remains in very good condition overall. Dimensions: 18 cm x 29 cm x 45 cm (7″ x 11 1/2″ x 17 3/4″)
